And as far as we can see, no one else in the market is doing what we have just done.
For years our partners have told us the same thing. CX is now the conversation that wins or loses an account. UCaaS alone is no longer enough. And the way it has had to be delivered, stitched together from three or four vendors, three or four contracts, three or four logins, three or four roadmaps, is not fit for the next chapter of cloud communications.
You told us you wanted a single, modern experience to put in front of your customers. You told us you wanted the same experience across Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling and BroadWorks, regardless of which platform sits underneath. And you told us, repeatedly, that you wanted to stop selling silos. No more multi-vendor. No more multi-contract. No more apologising for the gaps.
So we rebuilt.
The data is the same. Everything else is new. A rebuilt technology stack. A new product architecture. A new pricing model. A new commercial framework. The foundation is not just refreshed, it is fundamentally different.
This is more than a launch.
It is a complete overhaul of how we build, how we ship, and what we put in our partners’ hands.
It is also a moment that does not come around often.
UCaaS has commoditised. ARPU is flat or falling. Differentiation has evaporated. CX Suite gives our partners a credible, defensible reason to be chosen, and a credible, defensible reason to lift price. As far as we can see, no one else in the market is offering this in a channel-first model. The partners who move first will reset their ARPU story before competitors do, lock in the accounts they already have, and win the deals they were previously losing.
This is the first-mover window. It will not stay open.
This is the Akixi our partners asked us to build.
And we are only just getting started.
