CX Integration Custom Contract terms
CX Integration Custom is available for selected V4 and V5 clients within Akixi. Please note not all clients support this program, you will be notified if this is the case. There is a minimum contract term of 12 months. Your selected band will determine the number of integrations and requests available to you as a reseller. Anything after your band limits will be at a bespoke price or subject to a change of band level. Integration requests will not be accepted if you are not signed on to the CX Integration Custom Program.
Band Level Changes
Customers can change their band level lower or higher at renewal and can upgrade to a higher band during their current contract. If a change of band level is required during your current contract your 12-month term will restart from the date of the band change. If a customer is on band 7, and completes 28 integrations, then additional requests and integrations will incur a bespoke fee.

Reasonable effort to deliverAkixi cannot guarantee that the integration will be possible until the Investigation and development stages of the project are completed. During these stages, the project status will be listed as “under investigation”. Please see the “Plan usage” for details of the Subscription use that will apply should this be the case.
Plan Usage
Plan usage of a “Request” will apply when a request form is raised as per below:
Plan usage of a “completed Integration” will not apply where the project cannot be delivered due to technical limitations and/or additional vendor charges. However, usage deductions will still apply in the following circumstances
Requested Features
Reasonable effort will be made to provide all our Product Features but, should this not be possible due to limitations of the CRM Application or other unexpected issues, then you will be notified at the earliest opportunity of the supported features available.
Management of Third Parties
Unless otherwise agreed with Akixi, management of third parties related to the project and having a primary relationship with you or your customer, are the responsibility of you or your customer to manage, liaise and escalate with as appropriate.
Third Party costs
Additional charges, over and above the CX Integration Custom Subscription, may be applied by the CRM Application vendor or other third parties. Any such charges are the responsibility of you or your customer to settle directly. Akixi bear no liability in relation to such charges but will inform you of them should Akixi become aware of such charges during the lifecycle of the project, if the customer does not wish to pay these fees the integration request will be cancelled.
Project Leadtime
Akixi reserve the right to change project lead times without penalty.
Software License purchase
Software Licenses for Akixi Software are not provided as part of the project and need to be purchased separately.
Pre-release Software
In most instances, the solution will be delivered using a pre-release version of Akixi Software client, modified specifically to support the new integration. By definition, Pre-release software will have received limited testing, and a limited SLA will apply.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with development of the new integration remains the property of Akixi ltd.
