Key Terms and Conditions
    • Minimum Contract Term of 12 months
    • If a partner is on band 7, and completes 28 integrations, then additional requests and integrations will be a bespoke fee
    • If a SP moves up a band (i.e. has more requests) this will restart the 12-month term
    • Customers can up/down spec number of integrations at renewal
    • Mac counts as 2 requests if no PC Integration
    • Partners cannot request an Integration without paying a monthly CX Fusion fee
    • Only available on V4 & V5 products
    • Partner will be notified if any additional costs applied by the CRM Vendor when known and/or applicable (e.g. fees for API usage)
    • Akixi will close requests if:
      – There is insufficient information on the request form
      – We have not heard from partner within 60 days
      – We have not heard from end customer within 60 days
      – We have not heard from CRM developer within 60 days
      – Partner/End Customer asks to pause the process for more than 60 days
    • Current SLA’s ref times etc.
      – We acknowledge tickets within 24 hours (Monday – Friday)
      – We respond to a ticket within in 5 days
